With 30+ years of service in Railways bodybuilding sport, VM Basheer has also been a writer on bodybuilding and fitness subjects. After retiring from Railways in 2020, he joined Gayo Fitness Academy, Mumbai, as Senior Faculty for Kerala & South India Regional Director.
